Workshop and session bookings: name, contact details, and any information you provide when registering for Open Studio Workshops, Creative Get-Togethers, or Corporate Sessions.

Wishlist: items you save to your account wishlist.

13. Refund & Returns Policy

Because our products are handmade artwork, many pieces are one-of-a-kind or made to order. Please review the terms below before purchasing.

Ready-made artwork and shop items

If you receive a ready-made item (not custom-ordered) and are unhappy with it, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition/packaging to qualify for a return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus original shipping costs, within 5–10 business days.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom pieces (e.g., Customized Work, Photo Mandalas, personalized keepsakes) are made specifically for you and are final sale, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these items, except in the case of defects or damage as described below.

Damaged or defective items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at vbrushstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion once the issue is confirmed.

Custom/personalized artwork (except for defects/damage)

Items returned without prior contact or approval

14. Shipping Policy

Processing time

Because each piece is handmade, please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before your item ships. Custom orders may take longer; estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

Shipping methods and costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We ship within Canada and, where available, internationally.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping carrier and are estimates only, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected/actual delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier and work out a resolution.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order or shipping price.

15. Workshop Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to bookings for Open Studio Workshops, Creative Get-Togethers, and Corporate Sessions.

2 weeks (14 days) or more before the workshop: Full refund of your payment.
7–13 days before the workshop: Refund issued minus a 20% cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days before the workshop: No refund is available.

To cancel or reschedule, contact us at vbrushstudio@gmail.com or (306) 270-5868 as early as possible. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop (e.g., due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances), in which case you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
